Can I get a refund?

Because audiobooks are digital products, downloading them constitutes a “final sale”. Therefore, refunds or returns are not possible. We highly recommend downloading the audiobook immediately after purchase and check each audio file to make sure it is working properly in your audio player of choice.

However, if after downloading the audiobook and after checking the files you discover a technical problem, we suggest downloading the audiobook again before contacting us. The download link to the zipped folder is good for 7 days from the date of purchase.  Sometimes power and/or Internet interruptions can corrupt digital files, causing them to not play properly.  If you find that downloading the zipped folder again does not resolve the issue, please use the CONTACT form on our website and state the nature of the problem, your order number and the audiobook title, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
